I visually designed two temporary signs for Dwelling Place to advertise their Midtown Village properties in Holland, Michigan, due to open in October 2011. Midtown Village is a renovation of the former E.E. Fell Junior High School, and Dwelling Place wanted ads and signs that played on the building’s history as a school, hence the ruler and report card.
